I’m a counselling psychologist in Edmonton, Alberta.

I am also a neurodivergent creative person, adoptive parent, partner, and dog ma. Dorito loving weirdo, I’m always learning to love and take better care of myself.


What is Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP)?

Essentially, SP is a therapy approach that involves paying attention to the sensations in our bodies. By tuning into these sensations, we can receive the valuable messages that our brains and nervous systems are sending out.  

We can also develop ultra-personalized, somatic resources and strategies to support your emotional healing.

Art Therapy & Adults

Whether you consider yourself naturally creative, or you haven’t picked up a crayon since grade school, art therapy might have something to offer you.

Not only can art therapy help you get in touch with your creative side, it can also provide a different perspective that may not be accessible through talking alone.


What Is EMDR Therapy?

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an evidence-based approach that was developed to treat post-traumatic stress (among other things).

EMDR therapy is structured and phase-based; it involves eye movements (bilateral stimulation), which has been shown to help resolve traumatic, stressful events and memories that may be creating ongoing emotional distress. 

About Sessions

I provide 1-1 individual sessions with adults. Sessions can be in-person, online, or over the phone.

Fees for sessions are as follows:

60 minutes/$200 (standard session)

90 minutes/$250 (longer session)
